Amber Maureen Lu went to a photo shoot once and took her Scottish fold kitten Harley along. Lu thought she might get a cute Christmas picture with Harley wearing a hat. It turned out that Harley loved dressing up, and was a natural in posing for the camera! Since then, Lu has made cat costumes for the now 6-year-old Harley and posted adorable photographs. Lu often dresses up, too, to produce fantasy scenes with Harley.
Since then, another cat has joined the family. Lola, only a year old now, is not quite as enthusiastic about dressing up as Harley, but she joins in when she feels like it. Like when it was time to play Squid Game.
Yeah, Lola is quite the princess.
But it's Harley who really gets into costumes, despite the resting grump face. Here they are, recreating Katy Perry's Super Bowl halftime show with the infamous Left Shark.
Lu has made and photographed more than 300 costumes for her cats,including this Demogorgon from Stranger Things.
But now a new pet has arrived!
