The Kiffness Live Loop Remix Featuring Alugalug Cat

South Africa's Cape Town DJ David Scott AKA The Kiffness spotted an Instagram post featuring a particularly loud cat that makes an unusual "alugalug" sound, so he did what a self-respecting loop musician would do: he live looped the Alugalug Cat and posted it on YouTube.

"It's what he's called his most ambitious Internet collab to date," reports Mandy Wiener of CapeTalk 567AM, "because it's with a cat." 

Not only is Scott's Alugalug Cat live loop tune catchy, it's popular as well. The video clip went viral with over 3 million views on YouTube and led to a full release of The Kiffness Cat Jams EP.

Then comes Alugalug Cat 2.0 above.

"Alugalug Cat has a sibling! 😸

I swore to myself that once I released the Cat Jams EP that I would take a break from making cat songs, but then I got tagged in this video of Alugalug Cat 2.0. at least a thousand times across platforms so I had no choice but to make this banger 😩," Scott wrote on his YouTube post.
