This dog caused a fire by being excited. Not a slight against the poor pupper of course, because accidents do happen. Firefighters rushed over to a home in flames because a dog accidentally ripped a 500-pound propane tank from the side of a home in Westbrook, Maine.
Thanks to the fast response of fire crews, no one was injured. The house was quickly freed of the hazard. According to the Westbrook Fire Department, “homeowners should be certain that their tanks are properly secured and installed by a licensed contractor.”
