Ashley Caron (<a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@getburly">GetBurly</a>) found that a chipmunk had managed to get stuck between the screen and the glass in a window of her home. As someone who has chased bats, birds, squirrels, raccoons, stray cats, opossums, snakes, and other wildlife out of my home, I got a kick out of all the screaming when the chipmunk was finally freed... right when the dog showed up. Caron earned the nickname "the Chipmunk Whisperer" after the video went viral, but the moniker is pure satire, as there was no whispering going on at all. Yes, the chipmunk is fine, despite being carried out of the house in the dog's mouth. The neighbors did not call the police, although they did consider it when they heard her screaming.
