Wild Turkey Breaks In and Out of Home

An Ohio family got a bit of a scare when a wild turkey broke into their home. The trespasser violently smashed through the window causing glass to fly everywhere. Police were quickly dispatched to the house to help remove the large bird from the property. 

In video footage, posted by the local police department on Twitter, the entire fowl encounter can be seen. A wild turkey runs amongst a field of broken glass. Police attempt to apprehend the bird with a large net. They actually catch the bird for a brief moment. The large bird, however, manages to break free and out of premises at the last minute. 

This was clearly an unusual case of breaking and entering and exiting.
