It’s “Snakes on a Plane” in real life!
An AirAsia flight from Kuala Lumpur to Tawau was forced to reroute when passengers reported seeing a snake on board the aircraft. According to a video posted on social media, the snake was found slithering on the light fixture. Once the pilot got word of the extra passenger, he immediately made a detour to the city of Kuching where the reptile was safely removed and the plane fumigated.
Shortly after, the plane resumed its journey to Tawau. AirAsia’s representative has come out to laud the pilot for his swift action and further added that no passengers or crew were harmed during the incident.
