Pet Turtle Turns Heads as Flower Girl in Owner's Wedding

Paul McDonald was eight years old when he found a juvenile painted turtle and took her home. He named her Colors and they became best friends. His parents had no idea that the turtle would survive for long, but Paul took her with him as he moved out on his own and then from state to state. Colors has been with Paul for twenty-four years now! Paul met a woman named Shannon who was also an animal lover. When she showed great enthusiasm about Colors' birthday party, Paul knew she was the one. The two wanted to incorporate both Shannon's dog and Colors into their wedding. Paul decided the turtle would serve as their flower girl!
