Japanese otters Hana and Kotaro get excited when they see snow falling! They think it's cold outside, but it's not that cold, since the roof is dripping and their watering holes are not frozen. But the snow is just right for making and playing with snowballs -even in a bathtub. Otters are naturally well insulated against cold, even in the water. But eventually Hana wants to go back inside and snuggle under a blanket. Kotaro, on the other hand, would stay out and play all day if he were allowed to.
