Peter Murray adopted a kitten, and of course she became his muse. Her name is Chef, and she has already received the Hollywood treatment. Murray introduces her to the world in a Wes Anderson-style video that hits all the right notes, from the purposefully symmetrical scene staging to the pastel colors. Someone asked how long it took to make this video, and he said about four hours. That's a couple of minutes to set up the lights, and the rest of the afternoon to get the kitten to sit still long enough to get clips that aren't just a blur of activity. Besides, Chef is as cute as can be and that's all we really need.
