Some people pay a premium to adopt a pet with a certain look, but what if something happens to those looks? Mochi is a munchkin cat bred in China and imported to the US. She developed ischemic dermatopathy which caused parts of her body to rot. Mochi lost her ears, her tail, and her right rear leg, and was sent to a shelter. Greg McDouglas, who describes himself as a dog person, fell in love with Mochi and he and his fiancee Natalia adopted her.
