Good morning, Carl! Carl took a liking to Autumn Cochella a few years ago and followed her home. There's no explanation for his fascination with the human woman, but he came to visit every day, knocking on the door early in the morning. Every day. Does he want companionship? Apparently not; he has a wife and children of his own kind. Carl even brought his mate and chick around to meet Autumn. She calls them Carla and Junior. Junior grew up, the cranes had more babies, and Carl continued to bring them around to meet Autumn. Autumn's friendship with the cranes is continuing with succeeding generations.
