Emmie, an English Bulldog, and Gunny, a Labrador Retriever, live blessed lives in suburbia. They enjoy the companionship of Oliver, a neighbor’s cat. Oliver appears to have a crush on Gunny and follows him around. He waits on the front stoop of the dogs’ home and joins them for daily walks.
Oliver became such a frequent visitor that Hilare, the human resident, installed a cat flap in the screen door to permit easy access for the cat. Now he hangs around his second home, napping, socializing with the canines, drinking water, and eating snacks. This is how cats and dogs should live together.
