It appears that dogs aren't the only ones who can enjoy a stroll through the neighborhood.
Local residents reported a 9-foot alligator roaming through the Oyster Bay Drive neighborhood in North Carolina on Friday, October 15, 2021. Police officers from the Sunset Beach Police Department got the call and immediately went there. They also said that it attempted to enter the pool area of the community.
The alligator had broken through the porch lattice at the reservation officer's residence when the police officers arrived. Thankfully, the officers put the gator on a leash and took it to a neighboring pond where it could relax.
